We have many years of experience in advising employers, employees and freelancers in questions regarding Labour Law. Furthermore we advise executives, for example in questions about employment contracts, the relationship with the other managing directors or shareholders and insolvency related matters.

Another focus of our labour law practice lies on establishing labour law structures and clarifying questions in the context of incorporation of enterprises, acquisitions as well as conversions. We also draft and negotiate wage agreements and agreements concerning the industrial constitution law – particularly in the case of an upcoming sale of business or operational changes.
