Classen Fuhrmanns & Partner advised Kajo Neukirchen Group on Neenah Lahnstein takeover

The Kajo Neukirchen Group acquired Neenah Lahnstein GmbH, a producer of specific paper products, from Neenah Paper Inc., Georgia/USA.

Neenah Lahnstein GmbH, founded in 1911, focuses on high-quality special papers, wetlaid nonwovens and synthetic fibre papers for industrial and graphic design applications, e. g. for fraud resistant ID-documents, outdoor advertising or premium wall paper. The company has its corporate seat at Lahnstein nearby Koblenz and generates sales of about 50 million EUR per year with a staff of approximately 200 employees.
