Nationwide, JUVE annually nominates only 5 law firms and legal departments in 17 categories for their outstanding achievements. During the selection process the editorial staff at JUVE especially pays attention to assessments concerning the expertise, as well as the strategic orientation, service orientation and the future potential.
The nominations are based upon the results of the research for the annual JUVE Handbook on Commercial Law Firms in Germany. These are based on interviews with clients, lawyers and academics. For the current edition of the Handbook, JUVE interviewed around 12,000 German and international lawyers and their clients.
