H&T Trimborn-AVE is a service company in the field of delivery, rental and installation of complete building site equipment, traffic routing, traffic light systems, lighting and markings as well as the manufacture and installation of electrical systems. The company has its headquarters in Mechernich-Obergartzem near Cologne.
Since its establishment in 1961, the AVS Group has become the leading provider of traffic safety services in Germany. The services range from project planning through the execution to the on-site maintenance and control of the projects. For this, the AVS Group manufactures a wide range of certified traffic safety products, such as portable traffic light systems and mobile crash barriers.
In order to support further growth of the AVS Group, Steadfast Capital Fund III, LP acquired a majority stake in the AVS Group in November 2013.
