Classen Fuhrmanns & Partner advised the shareholders of AMBA on sale of their shares to QVM

Classen Fuhrmanns & Partner advised the shareholders of Aachener Maschinenbau GmbH (AMBA) on the sale of their shares to QVM Privatkapital. The former shareholders and managing directors Manfred Houben and Lars Henning continue to hold shares in the company. In addition, they continue to be available to AMBA, as does the previous shareholder Manfred Gottschalk.

AMBA is a company based in Alsdorf which develops and produces special machinery and components for the metalworking industry. These include in particular machines for the production of screws as well as tubes and spokes. As an internationally renowned specialist for machines for cold forming, AMBA looks back on more than 110 years of company history and employs approx. 75 people.

QVM Privatkapital is an owner-managed investment company based in Hamburg. It provides equity capital to medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries.
