Rudolf Bonn has been working as a German lawyer since 1983. He advises and represents (also at German courts) in civil law, company law, real property law and tax law. The focus of his legal activities lies on business transactions (also post M&A disputes), providing advice and representation in the field of company law as well as for managing directors and board members, legal conflicts with the German tax authorities (tax audits, opposition and tax court proceedings, penal proceedings for tax fraud and other tax offenses).
He is also appointed tax lawyer, tax consultant and German certified accountant.
Rudolf Bonn studied German law at the university in Frankfurt/Main. After his legal clerkship he worked in two legal offices specialized on business law. Subsequently, from 1990 until 2011 he worked for one of the big, international oriented accounting and tax consultancy firms as a partner in the fields of legal and tax, with regular cross border activities. One further focus was in civil and tax law advice and representation for notable non-profit-organisations (nationally as well as internationally) and trade organizations.
