  • Legal advice to the shareholders of a logistics company in the sale of their shares to a foreign strategic investor (listed company); drafting and negotiation of agreements regarding the sale 

  • Ongoing legal advice to a British company in the field of online advertising (including establishment of a subsidiary in Germany, contract negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, contracts, etc.; advice on corporate, labour and competition law issues 

  • Lead contract drafting and negotiation in a structured bidding process for the sale of an international group of companies in the field of mechanical engineering, preparation and coordination of the due diligence on behalf of the seller
